Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is an innovative technology service provider for global material handling players. As part of the Reverse Logistics Group, the Environmental Compliance Management (ECM) Team supports in monitoring and fulfilling producers’ Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations. Our customer range comprises both global Fortune 500 companies as well as European Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). We are currently looking for a new member of the ECM Team in the role as

(Senior) Sales Manager Environmental Compliance (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyse the market and customer needs with regard to potential for environmental compliance solutions (esp. EPR compliance for WEEE, Batteries, and Packaging)
  • Systematic acquisition of new customers for ECM services using your network as well as other sales channels (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, tenders, etc.)
  • Maintaining and expanding existing key account relationships in collaboration with the operational counterparts within the RLG ECM team
  • Account management for your customers, incl. proposal, contract and invoice management
  • Identifying and realising cross-selling potentials with other business units within the Reverse Logistics Group


Your Profile:

  • Demonstrable & consistent track record of achieving sales growth and key account satisfaction with new and existing customers
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit in developing a company or a business area
  • Experience in selling to senior decision makers (C-level) with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Environmental Compliance sector or related industries
  • Identifying and managing business opportunities with structured approach, ideally with experience in effective CRM tools
  • Track record of consistently achieving challenging sales and revenue quota
  • Good command of English and German (spoken and written)
  • Team player with experience working with international teams
